I always order from the drive-thru even if it takes a long time and this evening I ordered a cheese burger and after taking a few bites I saw that the ground beef patty was not cooked inside. I tried to contact the restaurant but without success because the phone number rings at the chef's office. I didn't want to write on Google but since I'm not able to talk to anyone I would like a manager to contact me please. I have a photo to support it.

This time we chose; hamburger with smokemeat, regular and Italian poutine, steamer hotdog. All were very good, as usual. I would like to point out that the team seemed to have fun at work and the service, friendly and polite, was very pleasant. Keep up the good work.

It's crazy how there are always more employees than customers in this restaurant (Friday 6 p.m.). The food is excellent but the prices are way too expensive. They live on another planet...too bad

At the price they sell their poutine, we have the right to expect that the cheese will at least be fresh.
This happened the last 3 times I ordered takeout.
Plus you get asked for a tip when you order at the drive-thru!
