Usually a good spot, with classic comfort food that you can expect from a place like this. The service is usually good too. However, my gripe is that the location is a little inconsistent. I used to go more regularly, but sometimes the place would be closed like nearly a full hour before their listed hours and other times I discovered that certain items on the menu were not available that day. So, it can be a little frustrating, but it's good when everything lines up!
I always order from the drive-thru even if it takes a long time and this evening I ordered a cheese burger and after taking a few bites I saw that the ground beef patty was not cooked inside. I tried to contact the restaurant but without success because the phone number rings at the chef's office. I didn't want to write on Google but since I'm not able to talk to anyone I would like a manager to contact me please. I have a photo to support it.
This time we chose; hamburger with smokemeat, regular and Italian poutine, steamer hotdog. All were very good, as usual. I would like to point out that the team seemed to have fun at work and the service, friendly and polite, was very pleasant. Keep up the good work.
