Order placed online, we confirmed by phone that it would be ready in 60 minutes. When we showed up, nothing was ready yet. We came back 30 minutes later and still nothing, we canceled the whole thing. Very poor service.

Les sushis sont excellents, mais ça c’est si vous arrivez à les avoir! Service à la clientèle terrible! Cette critique est plate à faire mais nécessaire. Ça fait 2 fois que le souper est gâché par un retard de plus d’une heure! (Un mardi soir, alors imaginez ce que ça peut être un vendredi!). Ils ne respectent pas l’heure des commandes pour emporter. Ils disent « revenez dans 20 minutes » et quand on y retourne c’est le même manège. La commande n’est jamais prête. Résultat: 1,2,ou 3 heures de retard, et 2-3 aller-retour à la maison.
Ça ne se fait tout simplement pas! Énorme manque de respect de la clientèle qui est votre gagne-pain.

Although the food is good, the take-out service is just terrible. Unable to respect pick-up times, always forgets 30% of the order, never apologizes or even worse, makes you feel like it's your mistake. And to add that they treat their staff with condescension, we are 6 people on different dates having witnessed a poor young girl in tears, the one who takes orders, by dint of being belittled by the owner, who seems to be the boss in the kitchen. I even tried to talk to him when faced with an unacceptable situation and he just stopped talking to me and hung up. I will NEVER order from this restaurant again and it's a shame, because I was a customer who ordered at least 3 times a month for 4 years

It's two disappointments in two.
I always take trays when I order takeout. Normally it's always good. I always have a certain experience that I enjoy... except at Sushi Sento.
My latest experience: There must have been pickled turnip on special because almost every piece had it. And very few pieces with fresh uncooked fish. OK I asked for no cucumber. You shouldn't go overboard on the turnip... Normally restaurateurs compensate with more avocado, which I like.
At the price sushi costs in 2024, we'll go elsewhere.
