I've never had good service, the girls are always stupid. I ask for an iced cappuccino, they give me a hot one and then they focus on me for 2 minutes about what I said at the drive-thru order. I am always polite and I can understand that there may be a shortage of employees but that is no reason to treat customers like this. I won't go back there again, that's for sure

I would like a croissant sandwich (my personal opinion) but hey their breakfast sandwiches are very good as are the timbits. They have good wraps for dinner. The last time we went before moving back to the US (there are no Tim Hortons in my state, only Dunkin Donuts) my daughter wanted a creamy vanilla frosted and there was something with the machine and In short, she didn't have her drink. Apart from not being able to order the "frosted", I am satisfied. I really like their vanilla iced coffee.
