Terrible expérience. I ordered a wrap with bacon and sausage and they said wrap travailleur. I asked if they could put the has brown on the side because I DONT WANT IT IN? They said I will have to charge you. What is the difference between having the hash brown in the wrap vs giving it to me on the side? Are you not giving me the hash brown anyways.??? I told them to charge the wrap travailleur and just put the hash brown on the side however that was too complicated for them to comprehend. They said I have to charge extra for the hash brown although charging the wrap travailleur already. Customer service is lost in this place. What happened to « customer is always right » I think they need to fix their policies if not educate the staff.

Like almost every Tim Hortons restaurant I've been to, the drive-thru is very, very slow.
However, the meals away from star gourmets are quite decent (fast food above all).
What I like the most is their cold drink such as iced cappuccino, strawberry frosted which tends to disappear and many others.
Vegetarian options: It seems to me that they offer meals of this type.
Kid-friendliness: Just for eating, no play area suitable for children.
Wheelchair accessibility: The restaurant is accessible to people in wheelchairs.

40 minutes for two sandwiches… lunch time yes but still a fast-food restaurant. 40 minutes. That makes no sense.

I went to the steering wheel services, customer services who do not seem to understand French well. Repeat the command 4 times to confirm. Arriving at the order window missing items and after discussing with the lady who took my order she became very combative and offended. Accused me several times of not having said that. After stopping serving me, another person was sent to complete the service. Due to her behavior very afraid to consume our drinks as I wouldn't be surprised if she spit in them. Don't go there at this time you will be confronted and sent away if you try to rectify their mistake.

They had to do 4 wraps and they mess up 2 of them food dont look fresh and got hair in one of the sandwich also took 25min to get our food tim horton is so bad now bunch of incompetent people work there
