Black salad and a cap of tomatoes in my cold hamburger is not great and since I ordered turnovers with my order and they forgot them I had to wait while watching my lunch cool for about 5 minutes before receive them. It's not a very nice experience

I had hair in my burger and I had my Coca-Cola spilled on my burger without a refund, because they did not agree to reimburse me so I was forced to eat a wet burger with hair in it. inside with the only pocket money I had left for the week.
