I went to eat poutine at this snack bar. I ordered a BBQ poutine, when I tasted it, it tasted like ketchup, I didn't like it because for me a BBQ poutine doesn't taste like ketchup, so I asked for a change. for a poutine with brown sauce. The young girl told me that their BBQ sauce tastes like ketchup.. I said well, I don’t like that. So after a few minutes of waiting I finally received my brown sauce poutine…. Subsequently, when I left the restaurant, someone came to pick me up outside to tell me that I had to pay for the brown sauce poutine…. What did I say!!!!!! I already paid the other one ???? Pk I should pay for a second one that I returned because of the taste??? The young girl told me yes, you have to pay half.. so I asked to speak to the boss... and she told me to pay her in full.. because according to her it cost a fortune to throw away the 'other... and that bbq sauce tastes like ketchup. She told me you should have asked what her sauce was made of... in my book the BBQ sauce tastes like BBQ and not ketchup... what I deplore about this situation... is that it did not mention to me when exchanging the poutine… that there would be costs… otherwise I would have kept my poutine which tasted like ketchups. So to conclude

I ate one poutine and was charged for two….

It wasn't my fault if the 1 tasted like ketchup.. I eat BBQ poutines and it never tasted like ketchup...
So I perceived this as pure and clear theft.. I inquired and told this experience to this scumbag... and I was all told... that she had no business making me pay two poutines having only eaten one….. So I won't return it.. it's a lack of knowing how to live the way so this owner acted with me… I don't recommend this restaurant.. eat what you don't like because otherwise she will charge you twice...

I loved the decor and the really nice fried sandwich shop ;)

Very disappointed....I made a mistake in my order then my fries weren't cooked and it cost the eyes of the head ok 2 small poutine and two hot dogs $40 it's you who's tight but tabarnak it's not worth that. .... I strongly advise against it.

Une ambiance qu'on ne trouve pas ailleurs. J'adore le thème années 50. Le service et la nourriture excellente. L'endroit est vraiment propre.
