je recommande très bon mais depuis quelques temps il n'a presque pas de fromage il on changer pour du petit grain déçu...

It is the reference par excellence for poutine from Beauce, poutine d'or Ste-Marie is truly an institution for poutine in Quebec. The number of sauces and cheese curds available on the menu is just unimaginable, it's incredible! I was treated to a large, generous portion for my part and it is definitely a gourmet stop in Chaudière-Appalaches that I recommend to all poutine lovers across Quebec! Well done Ste-Marie poutine d’or! 5 stars!

Every time I've been there, fries already made when I arrived. So not hot, just like the sauce, of which I tried several kinds, brown, with pepper, spicy, their special with a maple taste, always warm cold and often with chunks of sauce which is old... Platte , the concept is great! If all the elements were there because the kinds of cheeses are great and you can make your poutine to your liking☝️ So several points to improve. I only remain a customer for their cheese braid which is the best on the market ?

The worst poutine I have ever eaten. A big soft dumpling with fries that tastes like old oil. The ingredients are dripping full of water. It’s just not edible?

votre poutine est vraiment la meilleure que je connais!! la sauce petite douceur, les extras de saucisses hot-dog, petits pois, les oignons. Miam! je suis tellement contente quand je viens à saint-georges et que j'ai la chance de manger votre poutine, je la recommande à tout le monde!

No ! but seriously, who wants to eat poutine in a cardboard box, do you know the ingredients that are found in the manufacturing process in these cardboard boxes. Take the trouble to find out and you will never eat from these boxes again. Give it up! Better bring your own plate. I can't believe it.
