Lots of local products
Today, November 16, 2024, I went to do a little last minute grocery shopping. So when I got to the register to pay for my items the total amount of my bill was $45.50. Having a $50 and two 25 cents I give everything to the cashier, stunned she just gives me $4 in exchange, I sign to her that I am giving her $50.50 then a simple subtraction that we teach to primary: 50.50 - 45.50 = $5.
Even then she continues to be stubborn and says that I have no reason. In the end she takes the $1 and throws it to me with a stupid face.
Unprofessional service encourages point says return and in addition to other stores they know how to count and wish you a nice day.

I very rarely give a 5 star but here I must say that I fell in love with this grocery store which stands out so much from the others. I am French and for me a grocery store should always be the same. First of all, the first thing that attracted me upon entering was this good smell of a bakery, good bread. Then the setting is not flashy and goes to the essentials. I love all these varieties of fresh produce. My favorite. At a time when even public markets like that of Quebec have neither smell nor taste nor soul, I found in the fathers of nature this imperishable taste of the markets of France.

I used to love Father Nature! Now I buy things that are outdated…. Without being too suspicious... it's annoying to always have to monitor everything, especially at the price you pay. Again, my pork rinds at $10 a bag, a month old... my cucumbers, completely rotten from the inside... it's ordinary. The invoice, well, I didn't keep it so that I could be reimbursed, that's my part, my mistake, but still. A month ago, my snow crab too, the date was good but the smell and the taste, I can confirm that it was no longer good to eat.
