I was waiting in the drive-thru line and learned they were taking our order at the window because their equipment wasn't working. I called to suggest that they come and take orders outside to speed up the service if possible and everything was said very politely, the girl who answered was very stupid with me, she was shouting at me and tells me that I won't tell him how to do his job. I stayed calm and told her it was just a suggestion, she cut me off and told me to go eat somewhere else again while shouting.Quite a customer service. I believe a good housekeeping of employees is necessary.

When you order a large popcorn chicken well you expect a round bowl filled... Not half a crime...... ? It's already quite expensive to eat at a restaurant $20 for a bowl alone.... We can you have some for the quantity requested please??? THANK YOU!!!
