Take the trouble to order in advance (1 hour wait) and if you say that it is not yet ready and that we still have 15-20 mins🤬 it should have taken 20 mins to place the order in full and I don't speak from experience I made sushi for 1 year

First time I go to the sushi shop in Ste Marie (I'm from Ste-Foy in Quebec) I've never seen sushi cut like that. We took a large 75 piece platter (chef's choice) and fortunately there was the right number. Not even able to take them without them breaking and the nigiri were very poorly made. Just a big ball of rice in your mouth which dilutes the taste of the fish completely. We had a coupon for 5 free pieces and I swear, there were enough for the equivalent of 2 and a half. I don't understand why someone would roll this over and say, yes, I'm happy with my job. Poor and disappointing cuisine. The choice of pieces wasn't very exciting either with lots of small cucumber and avocado sushi with very little garnish. In short, mediocre at best.

Extremely disappointed, I enter the restaurant and a lady makes the sushi and cleans up. Some ladies are before me and order. I order after the ladies from the girl who cooks and they tell me that it will take 30 minutes, I accept the delay. 2 minutes later, a lady arrives who knew the girl who was sweeping and she said to her can you make me this sushi she said yes no problem. Normally the girl who passes the broom should have prioritized my order before doing that of the other lady. Really disappointed with the service honestly….

Rip off and horrible bubble tea... The first time, they didn't have tapioca ready because "it only lasts 2 hours after it's made and it's too much work". The second time the tapioca was actually made but it was undercooked and I had to fish it out because I couldn't chew it. And today...the "big" size is smaller than a medium drink at McDonald's for 10$?! Bubble tea is supposed to be comically huge. Not going again.

Sushi Shop envoie des coupons massivement par la poste, mais si on appelle et qu’on demande à avoir droit à la même promotion, ils ne veulent pas. #saintemarie

Bienvenue en 2013 et bravo d’éviter des ventes en obligeant un papier qui, rappelons-le, est pourtant envoyé massivement…

Nous avons donc commander chez Yuzu.

I gave one star because I had to, otherwise they would have gotten zero.We call on a Saturday at 4 p.m. to get an order for the evening, they take more. We reserve at 9:00 a.m. Sunday for an order the same evening at 6:15 p.m., we arrive at 6:15 p.m., the order is not ready. We are told to wait until 7:00-7:15 p.m., which we accept because we understand the lack of people. So that we are told at 6:40 p.m. that they ran out of rice and will not be able to make our order!!! You must be quite incompetent, I just can’t believe it!!! I would never order it!!!

J’ai mis une étoile parce que j’étais obligée , sinon ils en auraient eu zéro. On appelle un samedi à 16h pour avoir une commande pour le soir , ils en prennent plus. On réserve à 09h00 du matin dimanche pour une commande le soir même à 18:15, on arrive à 18:15, la commande n’est pas prête. On nous dit d’attendre jusqu’à 19:00-19:15, ce qu’on accepte car on comprends le manque de personne. Pour qu’on nous dise à 18:40 qu’ils ont manqué de riz et pourront pas faire notre commande !!! Faut tu être assez incompétent , j’en reviens juste pas!!! Pu jamais je commanderais la!!!
