Decent service and friendly employees. The air conditioning works even though the outside temperature is -1 degree. It is not normal for the indoor temperature to be so poorly adjusted and for the ventilation to push cold air.
If you want to have terrible service, go there during dinner time, during the week, it's the height of mediocrity. Additionally, orders are never accurate. I wanted to give them another chance following the renovations, but it's still disappointing to go there. I prefer to go 5 minutes longer to have decent service at the other Tim branch in town
Lots of errors in orders and we often don't get what we want.Supposed to open at 4 a.m. and 4:25 a.m. I'm still waiting for someone to answer me. In short, always disappointed at this branch. Very bad service, the employees are stupid and give us a very bad experience. Fortunately the one on Boulevard Vachon is correct.

We came by around 9:40 a.m., and we asked for a Tim morning on a plain bacon croissant grilled in the panini press, we spread out by opening the sandwich we saw that it was a sausage we went back to get the right sandwich io had to repeat 5 x the sandwich that we wanted we gave back one that was not on a croissant but on a bagel then we made it again except this time we had the right sandwich but it was not toasted we had to give it back for the who grilled it to give it back to us and we noticed that there was only a small slice of debac9n to say in short the service of this guard was not better, in general it is still good my this morning very disappointing
