Well, there are several things to say, but I will start with the positive, the young girl at reception, she is kind and helpful, otherwise everything else is bad! The lady who served us was old and clearly not happy to be there, no smile, every request was torture and she barely answered us. For the meal, it was fatty but fatty, I think that just by eating the potatoes I could have had a liver attack, and the "syrup" if you can call it that, water yes, pale and with no taste, really disgusting. The golden toast was not cooked and the creton tasted like chemicals. I could add more but I think it's clear enough as it is, if I could I wouldn't give any stars!

We only took a brunch plate for two for lunch, I was disappointed, because usually in all Mikes, they replace the fruit juice with coffee and the plate is much bigger! For me, Mikes in Ste-Marie de Beauce is not the best!

Expedited service! When we arrive we are asked for our order… and the children’s dessert isn’t finished so they bring us the machine to pay! My dish was much too gratinated...the pasta was dry... The reaction of our waitress… it’s because of the oven???!

Uninteresting cuisine. Nothing I ordered was fresh in my opinion other than the salad. I ordered fish’n chips and some sort of calzone. If you're going to eat frozen food, you might as well do it at home. Their kitchen must consist of a fryer and a microwave. It's a shame.The waitress was very friendly, welcoming and efficient despite the crowds there.
