i am here visiting my boyfriend and we went here together. he ordered in french - i however only speak english and when i went to order i wasnt even acknowledged. the girl at the counter would only speak to my boyfriend. got my drink completely wrong. horrible experience and made me feel like i wasnt even worth helping.

Je m’attendais a mieux, je suis allé à plusieurs Tim Hortons durant ma vie mais celui-ci m’a un peu déçu .Je ne dirais pas que c’est de la faute des employés mais de l’ambiance générale. En parlant des employés j’ai eu le droit à un beau bonjour de qui se fait de plus en plus rare dans notre époque actuelle alors un trois sur cinq me semble bien .

On today's date Tuesday January 16th approximately 8:00-8:15pmI went to this location tim hortons and ordered à médium coffee with 2 chocolat chip muffins , when I got the muffin I took a bite and I swear it.almost broke my tooth it was so hard both of them definitely should have been thrown out this morning I proceeded to tell the guy that took my order that the muffins where very stale and hard he laugh saidbyeah and walked in the back to.go see his work buddies if I could give 0 for everything other than a 3 star for atmosphere I would I should have been offered a refund ( and.give the muffins. Back) or offer me something else of the same value . Not happy

Not strong, every time I go there, usually around 6:30 p.m., there are no more donuts, only 2 or 3 kinds left and in small quantities, plus dark coffee is not always available, seasonal donuts, like beylei bin, are there more of them, seriously? Beautiful Reno, no donuts!! Same thing on two mountains, same owner I was told, coincidence??
