Very slow drive thru.. and very slow staff. It doesn’t take an hour to make a hot chocolate and coffee.

The guy at the counter asked me what are your waiting for, I said my coffee. After 15 mins still didnt serve me, I left without it. Worst service of any timmies

Food is service is ok but I am very disappointed with the lack of options. If you want donuts, you have to stop by during the day because in the evening it is impossible to get them, at least not in large quantities. Same thing for soups. I came by in the afternoon and there was chicken and noodle and that's it. It seems to be understaffed and I have the impression that the person who runs this place doesn't care about customer satisfaction.

extremely long car service sometimes between 45 minutes and 1 hour no employee with good service except alexandre karimi who is tomorrow like a real coward not alex you deserve a better salary, for the rest at 6am don't go looking for donuts there was nothing in the window and it doesn't do anything else, it's looking at you for a tip but it doesn't deserve it in any way in all that plus the employees don't listen to anything from the customers and fon repeat multiple times very disappointed no employee who likes working there?🤔🤔

This is the worst Tim Hortons!!! I don’t know how they stay in business!! They never have bread or many different food elements! Over 45 minutes in the drive through every single time! I would be embarrassed if I owned this restaurant.

Vegetarian options: They couldn’t make it as they didn’t have vegetables!

WORST EXPERIENCE. We wanted to change our Ice caps because they didn't taste good and after a big no the employees added more mixture and put it in the machine. ARK? Hygiene ? We drank in them and you put them back in the spinning thing! Afterwards she gives it to us and because she put a second lid on it when giving it it exploded all over me and in the car. EVEN SEEING THAT she didn’t want to redo or change them she said it wasn’t her fault so too bad for us! Really well done! September 17, 1:30 p.m. (I want to say that we were very polite because I worked in a tim before and I understand that it's hell managing customers but wow, really bad service)
