L'Oeufrier (Ste-Rose)

We stopped by this breakfast spot near the Hilton in Laval and had a great experience! The place is cozy and clean, the staff is super friendly, and the service was quick. I absolutely loved the veggie omelette - fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. My husband tried the avocado toast but didn’t enjoy it as much. Still, overall a really nice place for breakfast. Would definitely go back to try more from the menu!

We are daily clients to this place and because is near to my job we stop to used the restroom quickly

Atmosphere and soft farmhouse style decor that your girlfriends will love, hilarious and explosive menu that will make you laugh at every corner of the page and face-filling food that's so good! It's so worth the detour that I would 400% make the 50 minute journey from our house to this restaurant for lunch!

WOW! After trying several lunch restaurants, this one is by far the best! The food is excellent with very fast and friendly service!! There are a lot of varieties on their menu and their smoothies are really delicious, because the fruits are fresh!

Extremely long service despite low traffic. We had to ask 4 times before finally receiving coffee and glasses of water. Waiters dressed in rags. 100% of the free tables remained littered with dirty dishes throughout our meal. Luckily the food is good.

Worst lunch restaurant I've ever eaten in my life (and I often eat at lunch restaurants for work).

My partner had a terrible mimosa. Besides, their mimosa menus have several but only the classic mimosa is available on the menu (not very popular!)

Our potatoes were hard and almost inedible.

We were brought our lunch without the toast (it took at least 10 to 15 minutes to get it having to remind the waitress for our toast.

Never came to see us again if everything is correct ($0 for the tip because it's a must)

Horrible experience. We decided
to have our family brunch here thinking it would be similar to the experience we’ve had at other Oeufrier locations but god we’re we wrong! The waitress was rude to start
with, the tables around us were so dirty even if the place was not busy… Wait staff were plenty enough to have kept the place clean. On the side of food quality I wish we could give it -1 stars, the plates we usually order at other locations paled in comparison to what we received. Mybreakfast sandwich which usually includes bacon had two thin strips around the edge, tasted plain. We got served the obvious left overs of potatoes which were cold yet stale and hard from being reheated… Gross… We ordered one of their frappé chocolate-latte milkshake… we received watered down chocolate milk with ice cubes, when we told the waitress she became super rude and said we were wrong and that she followed the recipe (which we know is wrong since we’ve had this drink properly prepared at other Oeufrier locations and it did not taste or look like what we received), she proceeded to ask us if we wanted to see the recipe book? like really, it’s a 10$ drink and you’re doing it wrong and being rude about it??? She ended up adding whipped cream to the top… still not what we asked for….
We also ordered baked beans at $3.50 for *tiny* little cup to be served HALF FULL, and they charged 1.50$ every time they filled our coffee cups HALF FULL…Plates that cost 18$ + with stale food that TOOK FOREVER TO ARRIVE.. The place wasn’t even busy…. What a disappointment. Do not spend your money in this overpriced, poorly serviced disgraceful franchise location.., Literally go to any other Oeufrier, i’m not even sure how it’s still open giving the franchise a bad rep. I’m attaching pictures of the tables all around us that were emptied the entire time were there and were never cleaned…. Horrible….

Horrible experience! We have just gone to lunch and the waitress places us at a table with only one placemat even though there are two of us, and no utensils. We had to get up to get a placemat after waiting 15 minutes. When we received our coffee, they were only half full...As for the water glasses, these were messy because of the dishwasher mat according to the waitress. Instead of washing them before giving them to us, we had to mention it when the black bits on the rim were more than obvious. After ordering mashed potatoes with pothole season, I receive lunch potatoes, still no utensils once meals received. And the big surprise comes when I open my sandwich to see the stickiness of the tomato on the tomato that is in the sandwich...Excessively disappointed with our experience, the non-existent service with the stickiness in the food obviously takes away from us the want to come back. Especially since all the tables were dirty, we had difficulty understanding why it was so poorly presented despite the five employees who weren't doing much and the four tables waiting impatiently for their food.
