Ordered online at 10AM for delivery at 11:45. Just got it at 13:20.
2nd time that happened. Will not get fooled for a 3rd time…
I was disappointed on my pizza honestly. It was a bit dry but when I call to order my pizza the customer service was great. The lady was super patient with me and helpful.

visited Saturday September 27 2025 as I was in the area. I ordered a large Mediterranean pizza. 25$ barely any toppings. Barely any sliced tomatoes or olives. Almost double the price I paid a few years ago and a quarter of the toppings. Will not go at this branch again.

Food is mostly always good, but they never get my order right. When you order honey mustard sauces, you get BBQ, ranch or cheese sauce instead. Last time I ordered, they forgot one of my honey mustard sauces and tried to blame it on me by saying I only ordered one. And I called after placing my order on UberEats to make sure everything was there, but they still forgot the wings and they gave me the wrong size Pepsi, I got a can (355ml) instead of a bottle (591ml) which is their only option on UberEats except for a 2L bottle. I would’ve expected to get 2 cans to compromise. The customer service is baffling. They weren’t able to deliver back the wings since Sainte-Thérèse is out of bounds, which is crazy to think because it’s only a 15min drive. I’m never ordering from that place again.

Its 10:20PM i called to take a delivery and the guy on the phone is so impolite so rude its not the first time i order bas first time talk with someone like this guy zero service a la clientele !!!
