i called to take à delivery and the guy on the phone is super rude they dont even let you ask any questions he just said the order no price and hung up instantly very rude i called back and asked whats the price and he hung up again and didnt even let me finish talking.

The pizza was dry and the crust was hard like crusty bread. No sauce.

We always order from here whenever we crave some pizza 🤤 Les prix sont correct et la croûte farcie est incroyable en plus. Personally, I haven't had problems with their service. We call them letting them know we'll come pick-up our order 30 mins in advance and it's always hot and ready when we arrive. Je recommande ce Papa John's si vous êtes à Sainte-Rose et avez envie de pizza 🍕

I waited 45 minutes after placing my order. I did not get what I paid for. I will NOT fight with them to take my money again! Domino's right across the street!

Disappointed with my pizza once again. However, I had mentioned to the cashier during my last order that several ingredients were missing from my large, all-dressed pizza. For the second time, I open my box and indeed several ingredients are missing. They should have checked the pizza before handing it to me.

Food is way too pricy for what it is. I could get almost 2 pizzas for the price of one somewhere else. The garlic sauce that comes with the pizza is also terrible

I just ordered from Papa John's and the experience was exceptional! The pizza arrived hot and fresh, with a perfectly cooked crust. But what really impressed me was the customer service.

The staff were welcoming and attentive to my requests. Delivery was fast, and the delivery man was very friendly. They even took the time to check if everything was to my satisfaction.

In summary, excellent value for money with impeccable customer service. I highly recommend Papa John’s for delicious pizza and top-notch service!

I went to this pizzeria, because me and my wife got lost, and wow we loved the quality of the pizza, and the staff was really nice to us, 10 out of 10.

I've been dreaming of tasting Papa John's pizza since my trip to London in 2019. Yesterday, this dream came true. The service was good and fast, but the pizza was not exceptional. It looked like a hybrid between a Salvatore's pizza and Pizza Pizza.

However, it is still an experience worth trying at least once.
