Jaurais honte. Jespere l'administration va agir ou bien peut etre il vont ce blamer entre eux ?!

Ordered pizza and fries for delivery and waited 1 hour and half when I called after 1 hour they said it was on the road and waited 30 more min and my house is 5 min away from the store.
The quality of the pizza didn't meet my expectations, and to make matters worse, I experienced discomfort as the tomatoes were rotten. Furthermore, I was frustrated to find that their mobile app, which I hoped to use for convenience, was consistently not working. Additionally, I found the prices on the menu to be exorbitant compared to other pizza establishments. Surprisingly, despite its location in a prominent area along the highway in Laval, there was no restroom in the restaurant.

We have ordered multiple times, every time we have ordered they are so busy but don't have enough staff for the demand. When we get delivered there have been times that it has taken up to 1h35 min from the time of order to receive an order.
