It's been several times that we have picked up poutine from the drive-thru and were NOT given any utensils. What is the point of having a drive-thru if you have to go inside to get utensils?

We will order by phone for pickup at 5:55 p.m. I arrive at 5:50 p.m., pay and wait. I have to pick up five boxes. At 5:54 p.m., 4 boxes are placed on the service counter. 15 minutes later, the fifth box is brought and everything is presented to me. I ask why the, 4 boxes remained on the counter and not in the warmer, I am told that the incomplete order could be lost instead in the small warming cabinet under the service counter. I ask to speak to the manager and five minutes later I am told she is too busy to speak to me. I leave my card as requested since I am going to be called. No call and no apology for the cold chicken. In addition, I had to return for a missing item. I am sure that Gilles Benny, a friend of my late father, would be very sad to see such a thing. In addition, I never had a problem at his daughter's restaurant in Vaudreil.
Je suis dans l'obligation de donner deux étoile, malheureusement lors dune commande on a prélevé en double la commande sur ma carte de crédit. J'ai contacter le restaurant à plus de 4 reprises on m'a promis des retours d'appels, on m'a assuré que je devais recevoir le remboursement, mais après 3 semaines toujours rien. En espérant que j'arrive à vous contacter de cette façon pour trouver une solution!

Wheelchair accessibility: A much appreciated wheelchair space
Very disappointing when you decide to treat yourself to a meal at a restaurant and when you arrive home, you realize that an item is missing from your order. Very dissatisfied and having known, I would not have left any tip.
And that's not to mention the endless wait time at the drive-thru.
We will definitely go to another restaurant in the future.
