Very disappointing when you decide to treat yourself to a meal at a restaurant and when you arrive home, you realize that an item is missing from your order. Very dissatisfied and having known, I would not have left any tip.

And that's not to mention the endless wait time at the drive-thru.

We will definitely go to another restaurant in the future.

Thursday June 21, I spent 35 minutes for a drive-thru order. Without any expectations on my part, the cashier took my phone number and informed me that I would have a discount on my next order. I found this gesture very good. Friday June 28, I returned to the drive-thru ordering. When I mentioned this offer from the previous week, my number couldn't be found, the manager walked away and let his subordinates manage the situation. I find this event disappointing. Why make...
