I often go to Tim's, but since he melts pizza the service has become so slow. What I would do is tell people to go get their pizza inside so we don't have to wait 10 minutes for each one.

Good service at the counter. Dripping grilled chicken wrap and not very good, undrinkable coffee. Employees spend their time chatting and telling each other their personal stories which can be heard very well in the restaurant. Dirty tables. Alarm that sounds every 5 seconds. Really bad experience.

I've been a few times and now most of the time I'd rather go to another tim further along my path with a reasonable wait than this one

Le service au "drive" est excessivement long la fin de semaine ! 30-45 min d’attente avec seulement 6 véhicule devants.. Ils devraient revoir leurs manières de faire car il y a une GROSSE lacune sur la gestion!
