I ordered takeout on Sunday morning, everything was good and well packaged, hot. Everything was ready when I arrived at the restaurant, and nothing was missing. Thank you Ben & Flo Sainte-Thérèse for this great experience! 😊

It's not the first time I've been to this restaurant and everything is always excellent! The plates are original and tempting. I had the French toast with caramel apples and a rum cocoa coffee, it was delicious! I also had excellent service, the waitress was very friendly and the meal was served very quickly, in short I recommend it for a good lunch!! 🤗

Ben and Florentine's food is excellent, but this place has an obvious management problem. We usually go to Blanville for brunch but were in the area this Saturday.
Lack of servers and our plate took 1 hour to arrive….on a Saturday morning when the restaurant was not even full.
I recommend you go to Michel Bohec's Ben et Florentine, we never waited more than 15 minutes and it is much more efficient.

Waiting 45 minutes to get your meal with young children is normal! I would have understood if the restaurant had been full but that was not the case! As for the waitress, she never came to see us (apart to order). She didn't look at us and walked past us! She will apologize to other customers that the service is long but nothing to us! Honestly first time and last time! I'm on the verge of just leaving.

Always well served at this restaurant. The food is good too. The only downside is the air conditioning which is much too strong.

Highly disappointed in this place and in Camille the waitress. This location is 45 min away from where I live but was excited in trying somewhere new. I faced construction and detours. I waited over 35 mins no food so I decided to leave because the restaurant was more than half empty but busy making take out orders I saw them filling brown paper bags. The waitress Camille was extremely rude, no smile and so dry. I had a 18 month old baby who was waiting patiently for anything to eat and when I asked for confiture she gave me one peanut butter pack after 10 minutes she said you never told me you want it now. I mentioned the delay and that I’m 9 month pregnant hungry and tired she could have offered me bread or anything since she knows food will take long as she admitted to my face when I’m leaving that sorry yes food needs more time. I respect the employees and it’s ok to be long but if waitress is aware of the delay she needs to mention it especially when she sees a pregnant lady with a child who gets very tired of sitting not even colouring to offer or the least minimal the peanut butter and jam basket. Camille was careless and not even little apologetic of what happened. Never ever coming back sorry.

* The restaurant is far from full and I waited 56 minutes to receive my plate...(at that point you have 60 minutes of dinner...)
* there is definitely a shortage of staff in the kitchen every time I go there it takes longer and longer.... and just one plate of lunch anyway....
* the service is correct, nothing more. No smile, you wait at the door you have eye contact and the waitress and not able to say hello it won't be long or I'll be with you soon.
*Lack of waitress. Three people on the floor is not enough
*The TVs are always turned off.
*The restaurant is clean, positive point.
* Unfortunately it's the last time for me, it's quite... laughing at people like that. And eat my lunch in less than 4 minutes....
2 employees in the kitchen...
In addition, in the absence of an employee, the boss is not there to help his employees and ensure good service to his customers.
