I ordered a brisket meal without bread but with 2 coleslaws. When I opened the box, the bowl of sauce had spilled into the bottom of the box. I immediately called the branch to explain the problem. I asked that when the delivery man would come by. In addition I made it clear that there was no press. 20 minutes later I get another brisket meal. That's what I call great customer service. I have always ordered there. I will continue for sure. Thanks Benny... Ah I forgot the perfect chicken....

Very long service and yet we were alone in the restaurant with no other customer than us. Our fries were cold and I had a hot chicken but we had put the sauce on it, it was so soaked in sauce that the bread was all wet and soft. We were disappointed.

"The prices have increased considerably while the quantity has decreased. I ordered a meal with a leg and fries, but there were barely enough fries, as if it were a child's portion. On the other hand, I would like to point out that the delivery man was really kind and smiling, which was very appreciated.

Horrible service, the manager is not at all professional.
Sadly, the chicken was extremely dry, it might of been a one time thing, service was quick, I took a half breast, the wing was plastified. Fries, salad, Sauce was great.

*the cashiers are super friendly* I waited 40 minutes at the drive-thru to get a regular poutine but look at the size!!! I wonder what the little one looks like??for $19 it’s completely ridiculous. PS: I have maybe 1/4 of a chicken breast.
