Boston Pizza offers a mixed experience. While the Smart meat poutine falls short in taste and portion, the late-night service provided by staff is exceptional. Charles Éric, for instance, gave excellent service even when there were too few servers for the number of tables. Open until late, the restaurant provides good food and a pleasant atmosphere for customers. Meals are affordable and still enjoyable, contributing to an overall good experience. However, there was a technical problem with a leaking ceiling during a recent visit. Despite a power outage in the area, meals were served within 20 minutes on a Friday evening, and the waitresses remained professional, allowing customers to enjoy a unique dining experience in the dark. The restaurant has a large parking area that extends to the back, making it convenient for visitors.
