Extreme high level of unprofessionalism to lead a restaurant.
We ordered several platters for adults and kids. We claimed that the fries of the kids were spicy. I ordered fish and chips, the fish was extremely oily and over fried, the color was dark brown, the fish, the fries and the coleslaw were spicy. I called the waitress and claimed the spiciness and she went to check in the kitchen, to come back afterwards and tell me that unfortunately this is the cuisine and it is like that and she is sorry for that!!!!!!! She did not even care to ask if i would like to have my plate removed or not.
We went to the restrooms with the kids, no papers, 1 sink out of 3 was working, hands' dryer was not working.
How are you running such a chain?
It was an unacceptable experience at Boston Pizza.

Hier soir, bon repas.

The service was great, and the food around the table looked good! However, I ordered the Buffalo chicken sandwich (I asked for it to be very spicy) and the chicken itself was dry and the breading was drier. There was not much sauce on it at all, and I kept trying to find the sauce with each bite. As well, whoever prepared my plate was also stingy with the side of fries which was noticeable much less by half than others around my table had received. Needless to say, it was anticlimactic and I left feeling a little ripped off. Others in my party were satisfied with their meal, plus the service was good, so I am giving 3 stars instead of the 1 or 2 I would have given based on my food alone.

Well we agree, I go out to Boston Pizza with my wife and my son for a simple family dinner, I don't expect haute cuisine... but there are limits, I have never eaten something so cheap in my life in a restaurant. There are limits to cutting quality to save money. Me and my wife each ordered pizzas, the same cheap ultra salty sauce not edible, dry dough, a ton of COLD and wet diced tomatoes to make the middle of the pizza soggy… for $24 it's insulting, I would find it best in a vending machine at the local garage.

Anyway, it was the last time I went to Boston Pizza in my life. Save your money and go to Pacini, St-Hubert or the trash at the convenience store you will find tastier guaranteed.
