It's not the first time we've been there but this afternoon we were treated to poor service by a young waitress who totally lacked service experience.
In addition to the bad service, everything was so dry that even when asking for additional sauce the waitress
took her time and what's more she told us that we shouldn't be in a hurry.....but eating cold is not the best option in my opinion..
Very disappointed

I have eaten at four Cora lunch restaurants so far and this one is my favorite.

The service was limited. Unfortunately for my first experience at Cora I hated the kitchen... the potatoes had an old frozen taste... the sausages on my red plate looked like peperoni, I didn't understand. I took 2 butchers I paid for my uneaten plate. No questions from the waitress... I love lunch restaurants, I've been to several, I've never been so disappointed and last time I tried this one.

My husband and I went to eat, we are regulars but today is the first time with Camille and probably the last time.
No smile, minimum service, it's not what it used to be, very disappointed.

I went to this restaurant for brunch with friends on a Saturday morning. Kathleen, our waitress, was very stupid with us. When she took our orders, she didn't take the time to listen to us; she seemed rushed and angry. When we receive our orders, I notice that she brought me the chocolate banana waffle and not the one that is listed Adam on the menu (half of the waffle, with eggs, bacon, potatoes, etc.); I then told him that that was not what I had asked him. She then begins to persist with me telling me that that's what I told her, she was visibly defensive and continues to persist with me, a simple sorry, we misunderstood each other would have been appreciated .... She then ends up saying that she will bring me the other things in the Adam dish (eggs, bacon, etc.) separately. Very disappointed with the service received by Kathleen.

To begin with, there were 10 of us. The restaurant was not full when we arrived. We were served simply when the restaurant emptied. We ordered at 1 p.m. to receive our plates which were waiting under the stove at 2 p.m. No need to tell you that the potatoes were dry and the plates were lukewarm. We had to ask for glasses of water, also for the first coffee refill after 30 minutes of waiting. There was a lack of service... I worked in catering, usually the quicker you serve your group, the quicker you get rid of them... There it was just a long time.
