I go to the restaurant, I order a large all dress and large peperonni and baguettes gratinated with garlic, I arrive home and start eating with my 2 children, my father-in-law and a friend, the pizza was not hot and the crust hard as a board of wood, I am very disappointed, I will never go get pizza at this place again, plus it all cost me $50.

Your punctuality with orders it is not acceptable to be 30 minutes late in the middle of noon it caused me a lot of problems with the child's birthday party where we only had an hour's rental of a private room for eat the pizza and the cake, the children were very hungry with your delay and we had to do everything quickly, eat the pizza and the cake very quickly without pleasure and with pressure so as not to be charged a second hour for the room this is not was not at all pleasant! Your app said it would be ready in 14 minutes I arrived after 15 minutes and you hadn't even started ordering 4 pizzas, you said it would be ready in 10 minutes and it was a total of 25 minutes of no longer waiting while the time in the private room was running out instead of having arrived on time and being able to take advantage of the party without pressure, the parents were arriving to pick up their children when they were still eating it's really terrible we are very disappointed with the lack of respect for your customers' time, if you are shaken stop taking new orders and saying it would be ready in 15 minutes when it was It's really triple that!
