Excellent service.

My miele 6310 coffee machine temporarily was in need of repairs. so I contacted miele and they recommended ITALCAFFE to complete the necessary repairs. At first I was skeptical about the 5 weeks for the diagnosis HOWEVER an employee named LENSKY kept me updated regarding the situation which was greatly appreciated. My machine is repaired now and every morning I am served a coffee that seems to have been made by an angel.
To anyone who is doubting if ITALCAFFE is competent and reliable to service our machines i can assure you through my experience that they are very professional and trustworthy.
But don't take my word for it; have ITALCAFFE services prove it themselves to you.

For my part I bought the "Philips lattego 3300" they took the time to explain to me all the operation and maintenance relating to this machine.. in addition to a good coffee upon entering plus I had a worried about a severe allergy..
