a real cheap store. wow. I bought for $300 at my last grocery store. I bought kefir grains that were dead. the manager tells me we can't exchange you, you opened the jar. loooolll cheap ones with old vegetables that are never fresh. I spent my last points on my card and I could never go back. I'm going to go to their competitive hand. It’s cooler there. You are cheap, it shows, things are going badly for you. you have just lost a client who was very profitable. little clarification not just cheaps, crosseurs in good Quebecois. You are literally selling a defective product and did not want to do a simple exchange. NB I have been making kefir for 6 years your water kefirs are dead and probably all the lbatch you have a bunch of cheap ones.

To respond to your copied and pasted message that tlm knows is not sincere. Whether it was the young woman with the arrogant French access that the elderly gentleman who came looked at me and left. You are cheap. If you think about a $300 bill, who would pass you a quick one for $10???? my time wasted waiting for the manager is more expensive than this $10 jar, you have lost me for life.

ah and I know it was a Saturday but it’s shameful the vegetables you were selling. The kale looked like fermented kale and almost anything you had in this section. never like that with your competitor and what's more you have employees who don't care and make you look like crooks who refuse to exchange a defective product that has expired. I felt so insulted as if I had come to steal $10 from you when it was the opposite. not to mention the time, effort and ingredients wasted trying to cultivate dead grains. shame on your team on the floor. The French gentleman upstairs, super super nice, professional and a real expert but I'll never go back. THANKS

I love this grocery store, but the checkout service is sometimes long. I don't recommend going there if you're in a hurry, but if you have time to spare, it's a magnificent place.

Their goods and service every time I have been, I have always been well served, with courtesy, and when I ask a relevant question, if the person cannot answer me, they will ask someone who may be more experienced and competent, could answer me...

Beautiful inventory of organic products and natural products! On the other hand, it is better to select products on specials! The naturopathy advisor service on the 2nd floor is great!!

Good where to start from 1 thank you to the harvest for your products it is here that I discovered shilajit and it did me a lot of good thank you a very large quantity of choice for natural products and eating organic than that either from the meats to the vegetables and fruits the bison sausages are great but $14 for 5 it's a bit expensive but the quality is there it's like a grocery store but which sells organic and in addition natural products at the top of the building they also have several body products like Marseille soaps which have worked miracles with my dry skin and natural deodorizers for soaps I recommend white Marseille soap but it is not sold all alone they sell in pack of 4 soaps 2 white 2 green and the green ones are with olive oil I highly recommend it cures my dry skin problem it ticks but for a good detoxification of heavy metals in the body I recommend shilajit it tasted like shit but it works it detoxifies your body in addition to regenerating it it's great for me it works it regulates your system and it helps to lose belly plus it works for me great atmosphere great service and tailor-made advice I highly recommend even if it's expensive health is priceless you can literally make your order there it will cost the same price as at Costco but for organic food and drinks NO CHEMICALS ?

I don’t what was the context but I don’t think it’s reasonable to yell at employees , the store is great but the management seems … unstable . I won’t support such a store anymore .
