My day to day organic grocery

a real cheap store. wow. I bought for $300 at my last grocery store. I bought kefir grains that were dead. the manager tells me we can't exchange you, you opened the jar. loooolll cheap ones with old vegetables that are never fresh. I spent my last points on my card and I could never go back. I'm going to go to their competitive hand. It’s cooler there. You are cheap, it shows, things are going badly for you. you have just lost a client who was very profitable. little clarification not just cheaps, crosseurs in good Quebecois. You are literally selling a defective product and did not want to do a simple exchange. NB I have been making kefir for 6 years your water kefirs are dead and probably all the lbatch you have a bunch of cheap ones.

To respond to your copied and pasted message that tlm knows is not sincere. Whether it was the young woman with the arrogant French access that the elderly gentleman who came looked at me and left. You are cheap. If you think about a $300 bill, who would pass you a quick one for $10???? my time wasted waiting for the manager is more expensive than this $10 jar, you have lost me for life.

ah and I know it was a Saturday but it’s shameful the vegetables you were selling. The kale looked like fermented kale and almost anything you had in this section. never like that with your competitor and what's more you have employees who don't care and make you look like crooks who refuse to exchange a defective product that has expired. I felt so insulted as if I had come to steal $10 from you when it was the opposite. not to mention the time, effort and ingredients wasted trying to cultivate dead grains. shame on your team on the floor. The French gentleman upstairs, super super nice, professional and a real expert but I'll never go back. THANKS

I love this grocery store, but the checkout service is sometimes long. I don't recommend going there if you're in a hurry, but if you have time to spare, it's a magnificent place.

Their goods and service every time I have been, I have always been well served, with courtesy, and when I ask a relevant question, if the person cannot answer me, they will ask someone who may be more experienced and competent, could answer me...

I had some bread that wasn't fresh that day. 4.95 for yesterday's bread...

Great place. Unfortunately, the supplement section was closed when we visited that place. Too bad because we came from StSauveur. That section closes at 8pm.

Great grocery store

Beautiful inventory of organic products and natural products! On the other hand, it is better to select products on specials! The naturopathy advisor service on the 2nd floor is great!!
