I ordered food from the restaurant website did not get my order after 2h00 of waiting i called the restaurant the order was not even prepared they had decide to cancel it and althought i order regularly from there they refuse to give me any credit for a next order. Worst customer service ever food got here after 3h00 hot sushi were cold and the rest was uneatable. I will never order food from there again they have no care about quality or customer service.

The poke bowl is disappointing but still good. Almost no seaweed salad, edame beans or cabbage. It's filled with boston lettuce and tempura. Personally, their big piece of avocado is not eaten well with chopsticks. 3 stars for the poke bowl. There are much better ones in the area.
I am really amazed by my sushi. Number one! the server was super polite and helped me make my maki choices. Freshly prepared in less than ten minutes. My new spot for quality sushi at a good price.

What a desappointment. Never seen such a disappointing and ordinary sushi place! I had a 50-piece platter prepared, plus a few extra rolls, mentioning when ordering that I wanted original sushi, not the basic maki you find everywhere.I had 50 pieces that couldn't be more basic, all the same, we changed the crab for the salmon alternately. All vegetarians alike (at least 25 pieces on the whole). If I hadn't mentioned anything ok but still there...Tasteless, unremarkable. Bland. Flat. I will never go back to this place again. Honestly I was very disappointed with the service, but I give 3 stars because the food was very good. The waitress barely said hello to us before pointing us to a table. More than 10 minutes before she comes to give us menus. When ordering, she looks for how to take orders on her ipad, it's very long. She makes us rehearse several times. We point him in the menu what we want. When she arrives with our plates, she hadn't ordered what we wanted (half of my friend's dish was missing, no sauce, no rice, for me she brought a starter rather than the main course)...When we pointed out the errors to her, she replied "but no, it's impossible!" she never apologized, charged us 100% for the dishes. As it was very long in the kitchen too, I told her that I was going to take the starter she brought me (+ 30 min for a starter), because we didn't have time to wait for a main course. What a pity, because the restaurant is beautiful, the atmosphere is good, the food is good! But really this waitress has a great need to update her training in table service and customer service.
