I had a horrible experience I came in today to order and the person who was serving was very rude I tried telling her that I want the cups that are in plastic not cartons because I will be driving and I don’t want any of them to spill due to the lid since it’s not closed. She kept on saying no and didn’t give me. Honestly I’m really disappointed in the service and I hope they treat other customers with better customer service skills.

My go to bubble tea! Nice chewy bubble and great flavors! Staff is always pleasant!
I highly recommend the one on Saint-Martin Boulevard than the one in Saint-Thérèse! The One Babo on Saint-Martin has more choices regarding the milk you want to put in your bubble tea (almond milk, soy, oat, etc.). The one in Saint-Thérèse only has mixtures already prepared (with normal milk) since opening, sometimes even the day before.

I love this place ! Extraordinary customer service. I bought 2 bubble teas this evening. After about 15 minutes of driving, my bubble teas fell and the plastic broke and my Boba completely escaped. My wife went back for me (because she was nearby) and explained the situation and they made us 2 new ones for free! It was my fault but they sympathized. Very good customer service! I will definitely come back.

Very large menu, several choices of teas and juices, everything I tried (nearly ten visits) was simply delicious! It's expensive (nearly $10 for a regular size) but it's a great experience and finally we can have good bubble teas on the north shore!
