Doesn't answer the phone and the service is hardly good the employees are having fun and the service is not great we can clearly see that there is more training for the employees it's sad

October 5 and 11, 2024, excellent service but the chicken is not cooked enough, the skin is soft and the sauce is very liquid, its taste is not the same as it has been for a couple of months, it looks like they have too much order to make, the chickens are not great, we are disappointed,

Forget the fries, we noticed it but when we got home we were missing the popcorn chicken wow if he does that to all the orders it pays for him
Worst service ever received. I waited over 45 minutes past pickup time for a mobile order. They made a ton of mistakes and forgot a lot of things in the order not to mention all the food was cold. I don't recommend at all

Ok I ate pfk yesterday I don't know if anything has changed. These are the best I've eaten in years!! Even my girlfriend who doesn't like it said she found it good. Really crispy and the sauce was good this time.

I placed an order online for delivery. Missing items. Spoke with the employee and explained to me that I have to go pick it up at the branch. I want to speak to the manager but the employee asks me if I speak English because there is no service in French. Speak with the manager and after a few exchanges he explains to me in English that I must go to the branch to obtain the missing items. Really disappointing service.
Workers (manager?)rude with cashier in front of customers. Cashier very non-engaging, probably because of her state of mind working there. Felt sorry for her. Served a customer that arrived before me. Seemed lost and disinterested, discouraged. The sandwich barely cooked. Way too much mayo. Couldn’t taste the chicken. Pretty sad place. Not going back there until management changes. Second time i’ve had bad experience here. Love to support local, but will go elsewhere next time i have KFC craving. I was manager in my younger days at KFC..i know it’s a challenge, but it’s a choice to work there

Today I showed up at the pfk for 4 pieces of brown meat Firstly you go after everyone who delivers to home and you cellar it at the counter you wait with the girl who doesn't move with negative motivation in short I receive my order for a moment part I realize it only has 3 piece and u.
