I went there on 2025-01-03 with family without having reserved around 5:00 p.m. I had tried to book online, but there was no availability. We managed to get a table when we arrived, but there were a lot of reservations and it was limited. The service was OK, but there were several omissions (utensils, water, mayo, etc.). Having Birra Fanelli beer on the menu is a big plus in my opinion. I ordered the Saint-Piri Piri burger and it tasted good, but it arrived lukewarm and it was disappointing. The fries are ordinary and the creamy coleslaw is excellent. The music was good during the evening, I was surprised by the playlist. Overall, it was a nice outing, but the temperature of the food and the service bring it down.

I went with 3 friends on October 30 and I don't remember being so poorly served in a restaurant we were at the bar the girl was alone it took 3 hours to eat no glass of water no hello when arriving a stupid feeling of air shit it took 20 min before having my beer, empty plate we stayed 25/30 min his table in front of me after finishing just the time I was the 2 other table they got up to leave because it took so long who were waiting for their plates! Entk very bad experience seriously one of the worst service I have had in my life!

Poor service endless wait cold food

Placed an order last evening for two at takeout. Paid extra for white meat in my Mothers club but got dark meat, cold food for the both of us & liquid diarrhea to finish it off.
Complained to customer service & wont ever return.
Going to spend my money at Benny’s instead.
