Staff really need training, organization and communication. Won’t hurt to be train by senior people of time Horton

Absolutely abysmal service. Highly recommend shutting this place down. Lack of decency anywhere 👍

Flies everywhere. Staff were rude to customers and each other. Service was incredibly slow (40 minutes for a farmer's wrap).

Terrible service, the workers are more concerned with their weekend plans than they are with working.

Stopped by Tim Hortons for a much-needed break during my YouTube journey, "Travelfamily.canada."The staff was friendly, and I appreciated the great customer service. Even though I primarily speak English, the team had bilingual (French and English) staff, which made the experience comfortable and welcoming. Good coffee, fresh treats, and a warm atmosphere made this a perfect stop. Highly recommend for anyone on the go!"

The photo of the sandwich speaks for itself and the potatoes were all dry. I don't understand why we serve this to customers. At worst, if you missed the bread, make me wait 2 more minutes to toast another one. Drive-thru order, Thursday, November 7, 6:15 p.m.
