Stopped by Tim Hortons for a much-needed break during my YouTube journey, "Travelfamily.canada."The staff was friendly, and I appreciated the great customer service. Even though I primarily speak English, the team had bilingual (French and English) staff, which made the experience comfortable and welcoming. Good coffee, fresh treats, and a warm atmosphere made this a perfect stop. Highly recommend for anyone on the go!"

The photo of the sandwich speaks for itself and the potatoes were all dry. I don't understand why we serve this to customers. At worst, if you missed the bread, make me wait 2 more minutes to toast another one. Drive-thru order, Thursday, November 7, 6:15 p.m.

Worst esti of tim in life, only business who know how to make mistakes, perhaps who should stop hiring immigrants who don't understand anything we say

Doesn't even deserve 1 but ZERO. 6 employees for the service, more than enough for the crowd at that time - 1 p.m. - who were there. Employees were playing at sending each other orders like a balloon, I had ordered 2 tim morning, but not seeing it arrive, I asked what was happening, the answer was we made a mistake and we gave it to someone else customer, had they redone it...No. I still had to wait a good 5 minutes to get them. In total I must have spent 20 to 25 minutes in the restaurant while these big teenagers were having fun with the food and making fun of the customers, some of whom left. I will never return to this Tim Horton's and certainly would not recommend you. Responsible supervision would be necessary.

The place is really dirty.
Should be closed and cleaned.
A visit to the MAPAQ is essential.

If you bought 12 donuts on Tuesday evening and Wednesday evening (24 hours later), dry donuts, melted chocolate and some others taste "rancid". However, I asked if they were fresh in the afternoon or even the day...Sorry, but this is the last time I go to this branch.

Gang of lazy people who always change their opening hours, this is the last time that I encourage this Tim Horton to close because you can be sure that I will celebrate that day
