Food tastes basic, donuts are old, the drinks are hard to mess up but the employees don't care about anything or anyone. I waited at the register for like 8 minutes trying to call over the employee but she was just standing there back turned to everyone talking to another employee and looked back for a second and pretend not to see me and went back to talking to the employee so I just left. Even the gas station clerk was laughing at how ridiculous it was.

On this beautiful Christmas day I came to buy 50 chocolate timbits. There were at least a hundred in the basket and the employees refused to serve them to me. I heard the employee say to his colleague we can't give him selling 50 it doesn't tempt me to do them again

Does not respect the order placed on Doordash and does not contact us to find out if it is correct. I understand that you do not have the requested product, but you should contact the customer to find out if replacing the item is suitable for them. I had ordered 4 breakfast potatoes for a total of $9 and I received a cup of potato wedges for $4 in exchange... If I had known about it, I would have simply canceled the order and placed it elsewhere or would have preferred to at least have something that compensated for the same amount.
Also I ordered a hazelnut cold brew coffee with espresso foam and I didn't get the espresso foam. If you are unable to place the order, cancel there it is less frustrating for the customer. I will never go to this branch again, too disappointing and no respect for the customers.

Terrible service. I told them no bacon in my wrap and they still put it in. Then they gave me the wrong coffee and couldn’t figure out how to fix it. I also had a code for 30% off and they wouldn’t give it to me.
Maybe hire competent staff? This is pathetic

I ordered 3 things and all 3 were not good and poorly made. My frosted was grainy and not good, my son's sandwich they forgot to put salad, tomatoes and my pizza seemed to reheat 3 x. It was really not good, we threw our food away. Not to mention that I waited a good 10 minutes. At the drive-thru in front of the window.
Don't go there!
