The Tim Hortons is supposed to be open 24 hours but we went there at 10:38 PM and it was closed, no way of ordering…Very disappointing, at least change the opening hours on google…

I had a really complicated order but the staff always manage to do it right. It does need renovations, but nonetheless, I always feel welcomed to be here compared to certain Tims where when i'm done with my coffee, the staff starts staring at me like it's time to leave… I really hope there would be staff like this in more Tims

I asked for an iced latte, they made it way too bitter and weren't completely filled. When I asked to change it the girls working arrogantly told me that was the recipe. They dodged me while I was speaking and didn't change it for me.

I went yesterday morning and was speechless. Poor cleanliness of the premises. The toilets very dirty the floors the walls greasy the trash cans full to the edges the windows and look at the kitchen and the appliances and the 4 chairs in cooking near the fireplace finished cooking and smashed cushions in addition to the chicken soup which tastes like fish. 😝

Hello everyone, I'm speaking out today to highlight the blatant lack of professionalism at this Tim Horton's. Orders are always messed up, the food is completely disgusting, and the inside of the refrigeration machines is moldy. (Photos available if needed). The man in charge yells at his employees constantly, in front of customers. (Harassment & intimidation). The team is poorly managed, with no respect, no courtesy, and even allowing them to serve dry, moldy, raw, and/or burnt food. I could say much more, but I'll finish my message now. Inspectors visit the place often, and nothing changes. But the tide will turn, don't worry.
