I never paid for bbq sauce before I usually ask for it. They give me 2. I did the same I usually do ask for 2 while at the window she tells me no problem she ask me to wait that it will take few minutes for our food we wait she brings out the food I check for the BBQ it was not in the bag I found it very hypocritical don't want to come back to that A&W if I do definitely not tiping them I will pay for my bbq sauce instead !! Then I went back to get money I ask for 4 she gives me 2 so annoyed!!!!

I usually dont have any issues here but the last few times I've come to the drive through. I'm told to pull to the front to get served. I've been waiting 10 mins for 2 burgers.. it's so they don't have their timer go off. Makes it seem like they are the fastest a&w to the HQ. I personally don't think they should be doing this. They get too many orders stacked up when doing this and it takes too long and people get forgotten. Please just serve us at the window when we order at the window. Thank you.

always liked the burgers here Canadian made no cheap microwave burgers like at M Donald...!! but I only go at A@W when got coupons!! cus I find its $$ abit with out..., teen burger is good and the mozza burger... and my favorite thing there is the root beer always cold!! always in them big bucks....and ya have refills... just wish for price ya pay and all they could give ya BBQ sauce free but ya need to pay!! ketchup still free lol and they got franks red hot nice..

I asked for a double mushroom mozzarella (extra cheese, extra meat and extra mushrooms)

I received a shepherd without sauce, only 1 slice of cheese and only onions cooked inside.

The fries are lukewarm and there was no coffee

Good hot food and very clean tables and washrooms. They struggle with English, but that is my issue. They were patient and very friendly.
