The meal was excellent and the service perfect. However, eating with your coat on your back because it is too cold in the restaurant makes the experience much
Less pleasant.

Horrible restaurant, I arrive with my girlfriend at 1:40 p.m. (it closes at 3 p.m.) the young man at the entrance tells us that they are closing?!

15 minute wait between the two doors at 12:30 p.m. No hello from the waitress. Waiting 20 minutes before getting a semblance of a look, we left 👎

Went to have breakfast on a Sunday morning with my mom. She had eggs benedict and I had the "gourmand" platter. The food was well made, and actually hot (which seems rare now for breakfast places) but the service was incredibly slow. We waited easily a half hour to get a coffee refilled, my mom ordered a tea that never actually came...

Decent place to have breakfast if you don't mind waiting a really long time.

Price boost, and no matter what you take you don't get your money's worth bour their potato plate which costs 0.50 under me I have never been disappointed with 2 beconed eggs I tried the big plate at $20 autent disappointed my going to

Of all the Ben&Florentines we have done, this one is by far the WORST. Extremely long service, I had to chase the waitress. After 30 minutes of waiting, we still didn't have our coffees. All our table neighbors were complaining. Go somewhere else. Don't waste your time.

Horrible experience. (Group of 9)

Endless wait to take our orders. (1 hour minimum)
We had to ask where our plates were. A few minutes later, the plates arrived with 75% errors and missing plates. One of us received his order once everyone had finished. A hair on the plate, missing extra bacon, eggs turned instead of scrambled. We had to ask 4 times for glasses of water. Not to mention the temperature. Endless heat.

Several errors in billing. We will not return to this place.

They gave us a table very quickly which surprised me but after that it took us 1 hour to receive the food, we were 9 people and 3 dishes were not correct and a plate took 10 more minutes, our waitress only came 2 times to ask if everything was okay, they told us it was the first Sunday of the waitress but why do they give her such a large section?
Btw busboy good job!!
