Very slow service. Very slow on delivery every time i ordered.

Last December 30, once my take-out order was placed at the checkout and paid, I waited about 25 minutes. Seeing some customers arrive after me and leave with their order, I finally approached the counter to ask if they had forgotten my order. the clerk asked me under what name, he opened the stove to give me my order. Why don't you call me at the counter like all the other customers come after me. no, they simply decided to put it in the stove. I wonder how long I would have to stay there waiting before a member of staff realized whoever it was. When I reached my destination, I asked to speak with the person in charge. I was told that the restaurant was very busy; the lady took my contact details and told me that someone in charge was going to call me. today January 8th, it has now been 9 days without a response. please tell me if you deserve more than one star. Being a regular customer of the place, I would have hoped for fair and equitable customer service! I hope you don't treat all your customers this way.

They are not breaded chicken but still remain crispiness. Don’t quit like the original sauce which tastes weird to me. Actually they are not bad even without the sauce. Chicken soup is good as well.

Fast and courteous delivery! Always good! For those with allergies, it's really well done, especially for online ordering, we clearly indicate our allergy. Gluten-free chicken, sauce and coleslaw. Cross contamination fries.

Best rotisserie chicken to be had for a very reasonable price. Customer service was very friendly they did their very best to serve us in English. Will definitely be back.

Service was great food was portioned well extra sauce was given no extra charge . It’s also a great shortcut off the 20 to beat the 30 bypass toll booth

Unfortunately, it's not a good experience as a visitor to the city. Not welcoming, deplorable service and for cleaning I give 50%, regarding the food, it's not bad.

I arrived at 4:38 p.m. Only one person for the drive-thru and counter service. More than twenty minutes of waiting for a wrap/fries and a chicken burger/fries.
Finished for me. It's really too long. HAD I known I wouldn't have even left a tip. Very bad service
