We waited 15 minutes for our order to finally be taken and waited 20 minutes to get it. We told the guy that it wasn't normal for it to take so long that several customers were leaving. The young man made us respond if you weren't happy. just go eat somewhere else

Ordered 5 chicken fries, I saw the employee drop one on the floor, and ignore the situation and finally only gave me 4. My King Bacon Onion Rings had no onion rings . The order took almost 20 minutes to be ready.Courteous staff; 1/10.

I will give three criteria(kitchen)(service)(atmosphere)Firstly the kitchen I give 5 stars the meal was really good. Compared to McDonald's I will come back more often.Secondly the 5 star service the staff is very good we were very well receivedThirdly, the 3-star atmosphere, the place is not really well lit, it lacks a little color but otherwise it's okay.
