I been to alot dairy Queen s and just sucks this one haves no place to eat inside only two table out side no bathroom if you or kid needs to go while ya grab a ice cream..and it's not like the one in chatugauy or beauharnois were it's open longer in the year but there orange julip is still my favorite.
Ice cream is good, it is what you expect at a Dairy Queen. Have been there on 2 occasions and both times felt that customer service is lacking, one client and his son got refused the washroom, I had to ask for a napkin, what else could I say...

Amazing service and its really fast. It was my first time going to a dairy queen in my life and i loved it. I just wished there was more choices for blizzard. Also the first time i went, they didnt flip my ice cream. The second time they did. So its really great but might need a little bit of improvement on the menu and service

Always delicious a great place to stop and have a little something for a walk by the river. Friendly staff.
Delicious
Super good, efficient service and with a smile. Terrace outside to eat, The only thing to improve will be a toilet for customers.
You can find much better elsewhereWe were there on the evening of July 18, 2023 at 10 p.m. No queues when this was not the case for the other creameries in town. We know why now. My wife was very disappointed with her little dipped cone while me, it was an average satisfaction. We will avoid going back there in the future. Total of $10.33 with tax. We were served by Francine who has worked there for several decades. I offer you a photo of the receipt.Review written on July 26, 2023 in Salaberry-de-Valleyfield, Quebec, Canada.
Chet but so good.
Clean and friendly staff
Always excellent and the price is the most affordable in town when it comes to dairy!

Super cake I wanted to order another but for a week I have been calling at all hours of the day and they do not answer the phone I will have to order elsewhere
Too expensive. $5 for a regular medium soft cream cone. We should boycott this DQ, it would force them to lower their price. In addition I have the DQ app with offers, the girl says to me "we don't take the app here" what is that?
Oh cute little Queen of Ice Cream. Sadly we came on a cold day but in summer it would be perfect. It's a quaint little brick building opposite the street from the waters of the St. Laurence! There is no indoor seating but some tables outside on the porch. Also benches along the water!
