We loved our short stay at this hotel. They are dog friendly and had a spot set up in our room for our dog with bowls, a bed, treats and a cute bandanna.

The staff are very friendly and helpful, switching to English to make communication easier for us.

The Meraki restaurant, which is on site, allowed our dog on the patio. The food was absolutely delicious.

I’ve stayed at this hotel for the last 10 to 15 years for the Valleyfield regatta. This last stay was sadly very disappointing. Although it wasn’t their fault, the electricity and AC was out for two of the four days of our stay. To their credit they did provide fans for the room. But when the temperature is very high as well as the humidity that doesn’t help very much, but the real problem was the housekeeping. I requested every morning that the room be cleaned and fresh...
