Mia Pasta - Valleyfield

We went to the one on Sallaberry de valleyfield. The food was great but the service was very unhelpful and not friendly. We told her it was our first time there and wanted to know what kind of entrée they had she told us to go back to the front and read the panel we asked to remove a certain ingredient from our dish but it was ignored. I understand that it was a Sunday afternoon, and she probably didn't want to be there, but she shouldn't take it out on the clients.

Says open online and when i came its closed.

Me and my friend went to this place earlier. We waited 5 good minutes before someone came to take our order. When it was time to prepare our order, the staff took a good 15 minutes to assemble and cook the order. After that wait, she realized that the computer was in fact not working. She then called her supervisor to help the situation. The staff was also looking at her phone a lot. And our experience was completed after a good 30 minutes of wait. I also have to specify that we were the only ones in the restaurant. I also have to add that I didn’t get my order right! Thank you for this great experience!

A bring your own wine, its a quick fast food place for pasta. I always stop when driving thru Valleyfield when I'm craving a comfort food pasta.
If you're looking for something healthier than a&w, amir etc. I recommend Mia pasta!

Doordash order of two pizzas, uncooked dough, by calling the restaurant, they simply told me that they are aware that they have a problem with the dough and sauce!!! And tell me to ask for a refund!! It’s not a refund that I wanted but to eat!! No professionalism! It didn't seem serious! Avoid!

Awesome restaurant with sauce made right in front of you with toppings of your choice. Perfect spot for kids. Foosball table, basketball nets and game machines. Food was really good and not too expensive.

Arrive at the counter. Wait 5 minutes without any use on sight. A young girl arrives with her cell phone in her hand, doesn't bother to look at me. Answer me after 2 minutes, it won't be long and go back. After another 7-8 minutes of waiting, we heard screams and laughter coming from the back and still no one to serve us.. My boy and I finally went elsewhere. Very disappointing ?

I found the cool place with the games
But I found the service very long
And the cooks weren't cool, they didn't offer us children's versions for our 3 kids so more money for them

But the pasta was very good
