On june 5 2025 we Odered 2x platter of 130 puff each for our wedding that was on June 7.
Asked to be delivered between 9-9h30pm that day throught Uber eat.

9h20 i call mister puff asking if uber picked it up. Number 1 the lady on the phone was so unprofessionnal. Not helpfull at all and couldnt understand what she was saying. But she said we put in the order for 11pm to be picked up! I said how is that even possible if ur gonna be closed by then? So she told me to simply coming get it myself. I said its my wedding! I cant!! So i said you know what just never mind!

Then 11pm Uber arrives, uber eats arrive with our puffs! Hello! 2h late! The wedding was almost over! And now we have litteraly a full platter untoched that will go to waster since by then a lot of people had left!!!

Verry disapointing!! We even have confirmation that we placed our order to he picked up at 9! Not 11hpm!!! Plus you can’t even choose an option to pick up past 9h45pm so the lady at mr puff was completely lying or confused.

Never going to that mr puff again!

The place look really good and there is many choices but i had a few problem. The ice cream was more grainy compared to other mr puff and the person that served me was not smiling at all.

Lazy as the criss. You order 30 minutes in advance and the employees are too stupid to order. Don't let go of the kids. Also not able to tell the difference between a hot coffee and an iced one. All this for $7.

Seriously order a week in advance if you want your order. They have 2 speeds; slow and stopped. Terrible, I'm not going there anymore, it'll go up to Vaudreuil faster than ordering from Valleyfield.

Wow it's indicated everywhere that his farm is at 11 p.m. Friday and Saturday and arrives at 10:10 p.m. already closed. Change your schedule

Stocks are often insufficient, leaving a small range of choices.

Difficult understanding with the employees, the very weak tone of voice of the employees makes taking orders complicated for nothing

I guess at 8pm they dont make new batch anymore. They took the ones thats already made and put them back in the oil to heat it up. Which it didnt gave a good taste. It was too oily and hard to chew. I had to throw it out. Waste of money!

Puffs very good in general. Toppings and flavors to match!But service slow as hell ? very few customers and despite this the service was super long! 35min wait for only two small boxes…. No customers received their order in order... not very courteous staff and even a language barrier (one of the employees spoke neither French nor English)!! This puff really shames the channel ☹️

Very slow service and unfriendly staff. No smile, no thanks, it doesn't seem like they're trying to work.. you're almost bothering them.. very good puff, but not much garnish.
