Rotten service as it can't be...errors on top of errors, endless waiting 40 minutes, only 2 people in front of me, to finish the dish the woman in the kitchen who persists with the cashier every 2 minutes...it's been twice and it doesn't change!!! very, very disappointed....

Yeah it was good and hot. Taking the order was great I needed information, since it had been years since I had eaten at this restaurant chain. The only small adjustment there was was to ask for more hot sauce (the standard is 6 oz). For my part I don't find it a lot, but it's possible that people like it like that and the company too. I ate there and it was hot!!

Very disappointed service yesterday around 6:15 p.m. wait of 45 min for an order of 4 pieces of chicken x2 we said order at the wheel and online goes before domestic customer we will return there again

The food was horrible. Ordered online and spent over $100 to have half of the order substituted, fries only half full in both containers, and a couple of undercooked chicken pieces mixed in the bucket. Threw out the bucket and ordered pizza instead. Made a complaint online, and the location actually called me about an hour later apologizing and offered a 10% discount on our next order - she was very polite and did what she could but we will never order from here again.

I can tell you that I have been a fan of PFK for a very long time, their recipe is undoubtedly the best but the interior has been renovated and it is very pleasant to eat in a clean PFK and you are served with a smile, Take the time to go, it's worth it, Bon appetit :)

The service was ? The food was delicious! The newly renovated place has been very inviting and pleasant ☺️ Btw, the drive-through is very small and extremely narrow. Big cars and vans will find it extremely hard to navigate. Free parking but very few spots.
