Disappointment 😳 not even 1 star

I ordered a poutine with sausage (dry), I said to myself I'm going to add pigtail fries instead of normal fries $1.59 (for different fries) well I'm going to add an extra to my pop chicken poutine -corn $1.95 (total 4 mini pieces)
It took 1 hour (I'm next to Salvatore's pizza) I told myself that I was going to continue working while I waited for my poutine.

Poutine arrived, it cost me a nice total of $23.43 seriously 🧐 (not even cheese in my poutine)

Finally the manager explained to me that the problem came from the boxes and that it was cardboard philaments that were coming off the cover of the box, so now, after having had this incident, I no longer have a problem with them and the manager is friendly every time he sees me.

Worst pizza, the sauce is not edible, an ingredient is missing, pay for an extra chicken and don't have the chicken.. lack of drink.. very nice advertised, not capable of making good pizza. I don't recommend!!!

Really seriously!! 34 minutes wait for takeout for ONE average pizza!!! Afterwards on their panflet it says an online price. You arrive on the application these $3 more than these supposed (nothing has been added) the cashier tells me yes this is an error from the panflet.. really a lack of professionalism .waiting and bad price!!!

Their delivery driver nearly ran me over, by speeding in kids zone, 15 cm of snow on the ground, frozen over. We live over a curve and had I not realized and gotten out of the way in time, 2 seconds later I would’ve flown 50 feet. Unacceptable. Then they blew the stop sign because they couldn’t (again) use their brakes??? This is not how you drive a car, Salvatore gets a 1 star because it’s their representation on the car. Their driver. And their freaking negligence. Called the manager to let them know, sounded like he couldn’t care less. Great to know that my life, and the life of others means absolutely nothing to this establishment 👌🏻
