My poutine, the fries are cold and not even cooked enough and the cheese sticks are not even melty and clearly not cooked enough

The delivery man shouted at my boy because my boy forgot to give him his tip, believe me when I left his tip he didn't get it either but he started screaming disappointed like a brazen

Expérience médiocre. On fais une erreur dans ma commande puis lorsque j’appelle, on me dit avec arrogance qu’ils ne peuvent rien faire car le patron n’est pas là. On me fait patienter au téléphone pour finalement qu’on me coupe la ligne au nez. Viande pas assez cuite, salade césar pratiquement sans sauce. Nourriture pas très bonne non plus.

Cheeky delivery man, imposes a tip while his service really leaves something to be desired, sighs constantly. Really not a good image for the restaurant. For the rest nothing to say :)

I ordered two cheeseburgers via delivery. They made a mistake with the cheeseburger toppings which can happen...and they forgot my Pepsi. That's not the problem. I called him just to let them know and then they told me that they couldn't do anything for me because and I quote: mistakes happen. I then asked if I could the next time I order at least have the items I paid for and not received which the receptionist subsequently told me that her boss was not there and that she couldn't do anything. I then asked her name and that’s when she hung up the line on me.

Worst order receptionist for delivery. We are customers who regularly order from this location. Tonight I got hung up on 5 times. When I ordered, she hung up without confirming that it was ok. I called back twice and she immediately put me on hold. So I called back a 4th time to be told: Madam, I am the only one to do everything. I told her that was no reason to hang up on me and she hung up again. So I called again without giving her time to hang up, saying: please cancel my order and she hung up again. I just can't believe it. I am a very respectful and understanding person when it comes to labor issues, but is hiring such an incompetent receptionist worth it? Damage. I gave one star because I couldn't give 0 stars.
