Restaurant Toro Bistro & Grill offers excellent food with large and tasty portions, perfect for a long dinner with friends and family. While some dishes like the onion soup and beef tartare were disappointing for some, others found the menu to be very interesting and delicious, especially highlighting the succulent tartars.
