I had the mixed plate and took the tabouleh, it was excellent! I didn't enjoy the falafels so much, wish they were served on humus or at least with a sesame sauce.... The people were nice and cordial.
Usually good but... ordered a taouk poutine... barely any chicken and 3/4 of my potatoes aren't cooked properly.
They call this a chicken burger
The food is excellent, better than a restaurant chain of the same type. The service is very good, the employees are welcoming and smiling.

Very good restaurant. Delicious shish taouk. Very good price. It's exotic.
Vegetarian options: Customers choose what they want. Only one thing missing, they don't make coffee. For the rest everything is very good.

Shows payment methods such as credit cards but demands to be paid in cash or debit card returned at checkout, it's dishonest. Average food: chicken on rotisserie is 2 days old, the rest is pretty fresh overall. Being served is long and punctuated by pauses and interruptions, one of the employees on duty is clearly in his first days of employment and the other employee is clearly not in his best mood. However, there are only 5 customers at the service counter, my small group and one other. Making yourself understood clearly is tedious, you have to repeat what you want 3 times, mistakes are made in one of the dishes requested. Also, I ask for a small pot of humus to enhance my shish taouk plate. The more experienced employee asks me for an "extra"! I refuse. Pita bread is not offered with the plate, unlike restaurants of this type in the Laval and Montreal regions. I therefore conclude that customer service is inadequate and stupid. It's Saturday evening around 6:30 p.m., the total number of customers is less than 10 in the entire restaurant. The "specials" advertised are reduced portions, which is not specified anywhere. I don't recommend it unless you are craving prepared Lebanese food and are prepared to endure slow and inhospitable service. There were 3 of us eating in total: 1 adult and 2 children under 10 years old. Total bill, $28. This was at least my 3rd visit to this restaurant in recent years. It is now finished. I will go elsewhere during my next visits to Valleyfield! THANKS
