I absolutely love this Starbucks location! I go out of my way to visit them, even when there’s a closer option, because their drinks are consistently perfect (which is very rare to find) I always rave about how great this spot is to everyone I know!

The friendly staff and quick service make every visit a pleasure. It’s definitely worth the extra effort for my favorite caffeine fix! Highly recommend them 💕!

I've been a regular customer at this Starbucks for years, mainly because they offer lactose-free alternatives, which is rare in drive-thru options. Although the employees are generally kind, welcoming and efficient, the inconsistency in drink quality is concerning. Despite standard measurements, the same drink can taste completely different from one visit to the next. Often, coffee drinks lack coffee flavor, appearing watered down, which is disappointing given the high price.

In addition, it has happened to me on several occasions that my order was made with lactose, despite my intolerance. It made me sick, which is a serious problem that needs more attention.

The last straw was the two drinks that I attached in photos. None of them tasted like coffee, which is unacceptable when you pay such a high price. While I appreciate the friendliness of the staff, the frequent errors and inconsistent drink quality caused me to stop patronizing this establishment. It's a shame, but after many attempts, I decided to make my own coffee at home to avoid further disappointment.

I ordered a $8 latte and they didn't even add milk. Just steeped tea in water. Whixh should have been like 5 bucks less without the steamed milk. There isnt supposed to be any water. They didn't add the sugar either. They didn't really get anything right and I was way down the highway until I noticed how gross it was. They acted very ingenuine as well. Not a fan of the Starbucks there but I still love Oromocto!

April 31, between 2 p.m. and 3 p.m. Drive-thru service, Starbucks Valleyfield.

I had never been to Starbucks before.. I chose a strawberry and coconut drink. I'm not going to talk about the absurdly high price, but rather the brew I was given. It looked like pink curd... Seeing it, I thought it wasn't normal, but, being my first time in a Starbucks, I didn't dare turn it over, thinking it was perhaps the normal appearance of the drink. The taste was okay, so I went with it. The more I thought about it, the more I thought it was weird. It really looked like milk that had been added with vinegar or lemon juice to make it curdle. Big chunks. In short, I didn't drink much of the drink, I threw it away and I went to see the same drink on the internet. NO photo looked like what I received. How can you, as an employee, look at a beverage that looks like sour milk and say it's ok?

I had diarrhea the next day. First and last experience at Starbucks.
